| The time has come for my nose to be pierced. Overall, it was a good experience. It hurt when she pierced it quite a bit. You know when a bug flies in your nose and you just want it to get out but there's nothing you can really do? Yeah, it was about like that when she put the ring in and the inital pain was gone. And then my nose bled for about 10ish minutes. Silly nose. The lady that did it though was from Hillsboro, First Mennonite Church. She's part of the General Conference but not a walking believer now. So I totally got to share my experience with Jesus with the lady who pierced my nose. Not quite the experience I was expecting but God's amazing like that!

| I just finished up my theatre assignment. In order to complete this assignment correctly, I had to share about Jesus and his time on earth. That equals amazing because my professor's not a believer. Somedays I love public school! | | |
| Often times elevators frusterate me because they take forever and it seems common for some to urinate in them. Gross, I know! Yesterday I need to go to the 8th floor and I live on 2nd floor. I was really tired and feeling mostly lazy so I decided the elevator was the machine for me. When I pushed the up button, the bell dinged, or is it dang???, and then bam! the elevator was there ready for me. I rode the entire way up to the 8th floor without any stops along the way. I was thrilled! When I was heading back to my floor, some nice girl was already calling the elevator so again I didn't need to wait for it. AND we rode the whole way down without stopping. I was really impressed. I felt like I had just won a million bucks...or I rode the whole way to 8th floor and back without stopping. Either way, I was pretty happy! | | |
| It's crazy the people you meet... Yesterday morning on the way to church I realized that I had with me the Lebanonese table tennis champion of 4 years. Yeah, I wasn't expecting that either when I picked him up! His name is Alfred and he's going to Hutch in March to compete in some ping pong tournament. Get ready Hutchinson to be amazed by the skills of the Lebanonese! Today at work I met the most stubborn fourth grader ever invented!!! Grr. He was not listening at all and insisted on plugging his ears to avoid hearing how to add 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours and 15 minutes. ACK. I'm pretty sure he still can't add time. Oh well, I guess I tried. our room=Valentine's explosion! I love it!
